Here are some UX projects I have created or participated in over the past few years, including my own experiments and also designs for clients.

These screenshots showcase a website design project I completed during my internship at The New Atlantic. The project involved designing a website for sustainability expert Ms. Marion Sollbach, with the goal of presenting her professional background, showcasing her previous work, and clearly communicating the services she offers. The website also serves as a platform for publishing her writings on sustainability.
The process began with in-depth discussions to define her preferences, including visual style and color palette. Based on her requirements, I researched design references and combined my own ideas with inspiring examples found online. I then created initial design drafts, which were refined based on feedback. After the designs were approved, I developed the website into a full prototype and handed it over to the web developer for implementation.
This project marks my first UX case study after deciding to pursue UX design. I worked on a partial redesign of GrabExpress, a delivery service offered by Grab, one of Indonesia’s largest super apps. The redesign was based on comprehensive user research, with user feedback directly informing the final design decisions.
Grab has been one of the biggest super-app in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia. They offer a lot of services from mobility, deliveries, until financial services. All of those services could be found in their app. One of the services is called Grab Express. It is a delivery service, which allows users to send goods and packages. It is one of their most used service, besides Grab Food. However there are some problems with their Grab Express service in their app, which I later tried to validate with other users.
This project showcases an MVP of a new feature for Jenius, one of Indonesia’s digital banking applications. The design was informed by in-depth user research and refined through continuous integration of user feedback.
Money Bag is a new feature that comes with a mission to help the users to collect money with other Jenius users. The initiator of the Money Bag would create the bag with the complete information of it, such as the name of the created money bag and the category and the description of it. After that the initiator could choose, in which way would the money bag automatically end, whether if the money bag has reached the deadline or the amount of money needed. After the money bag is successfully created, the initiator could just send the link to the money bag right away to the people targeted for this money bag. The people who receive the link then could choose the amount of money they want to send.
